I love One year birthday celebration photo sessions! Even more so when my tiny clients first shoot was a newborn session with Siddalee, and a year later they return for their birthday photoshoot. One year sessions capture a major milestone in your little one's life. These sessions can be simplistic, styled, fun, or smashing! We play with balloons, have cake, or just capture a fun portrait. Remember you are only 1 once, so capture those memories with photos! (And then print them out.)

I was editing this fun photograph when it suddenly came to me. If I could only photograph one subject the rest of my life, it would be child portraiture. Why? They change. Fast. And they will treasure their childhood photos, as will their parents. To capture an innocent child's personality with a lens is a gift. And whether you choose me, or anyone else for that matter, make sure you are documenting professionally and printing their photos regularly. We spend money on so many passing things. Clothing, sports tickets, getting our hair done. Spend it on photographs for your family too. Those will be what you treasure years from now.
